Founder and Senior Consultant at Throughput.us, Jeff ‘SKI’ Kinsey is an entrepreneur, a Constraints Management practitioner, Theory of Constraints (TOC) Jonah, author, publisher, public speaker, eCommerce Open Source Software developer, educator and mentor.

SKI developed the “Dynamic 4^3 Process” for strategy and knowledge transfer to senior management, plus “TSP: Throughput Sales Process” for sales & marketing results. Author of “Purple Curve Effect.” As founder and publisher of Throughput Press, published three manuscripts. Also, founded and produced the international business magazine, “TOCreview.” SKI has been blogging since 2005, generated millions in revenue for clients of various eCommerce solutions and created his first professional web site in 1994.

Applies Lean Thinking, Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), sDBR (Simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope), Lean Six Sigma and consults with senior executive teams to develop business strategies and tactical plans as well as exploiting SocMedia in exactly the proper ratio. Degree in Business Management Technologies from Kent State University (received “Special Recognition Award”), Kinsey taught Computer Science for ten years, keynotes manufacturing events, and leads industry breakout sessions on TQM/TQL, TOC, Lean Six Sigma, and Internet Marketing. Kinsey has numerous articles published in business journals dating back to 1998. Completed additional training in Quality Control and Business Process Engineering at Goal Systems International and A.Y. Goldratt Institute. A US Marine Corps veteran, SKI received a Letter of Commendation for his process improvement recommendations.
